A Bit About Chris...

Christopher (Chris) Stritzel is the founder and owner of 4th Street. He advises on all projects that developers send our way and also pursues all new projects that 4th Street intends to develop. He's also in charge of smaller, all day-to-day operations that include managing social media profiles and answering inquiries via email.

Chris has been a resident of St. Louis for most of his life. Chris attended grade school in South City, High School in Kirkwood, and College in Clayton.

Chris has been active in St. Louis through his blog, CityScene STL. He has been featured in the Post-Dispatch, KMOX, and St. Louis Public Radio for a number of things ranging from a 2018 effort to preserve East St. Louis's Spivey Building to being interviewed about what to look forward to in terms of St. Louis development in 2019. Chris has also written a few stories at and has contributed to one story on St. Louis City Talk. Chris has also been involved with political campaigns on both sides of the political aisle.

Having grown his professional connections with developers, architects, politicians, real estate agents and brokers in St. Louis, he has grown his knowledge in the real estate development sector and knows how to execute multiple development strategies including site selection, public engagement, and entitlement.

In Chris's free time, he is normally found hanging around with his friends, traveling and making himself a healthier person.

I look forward to working with everyone who's on a mission of strengthening their communities for a better future. Please do not hesitate to email me at if you have any questions, concerns or comments.
